Jeff Scroggins brings a different perspective to Colorado resort real estate.

Before entering real estate, Jeff spent more than a decade as a professional photographer and creative director, working with national and global brands including Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, AT&T and Gensler. He later co-founded and helped grow a successful luxury interior design firm, completing projects across premier resort markets throughout the country.

Those experiences continue to shape the way Jeff approaches real estate today.

His background in photography and creative direction gives him a unique understanding of presentation, positioning and how buyers perceive value. His experience in interior design helps him see the potential in a property and advise clients on where improvements may or may not make sense. And years spent working with luxury brands taught him that exceptional service starts with understanding the individual client rather than applying the same solution to everyone.

Jeff first moved to Breckenridge in 1998. After seven years in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, he returned to Summit County in 2016 and today works with buyers and sellers throughout Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Frisco and Silverthorne.
